Using your browser, type in the following address:
ftp://ftp.big3d.com/incoming
This will point your browser to our FTP site. Simply drag-and-drop your files onto the site.
Note:
- Do not drag and drop folders, or try to create a folder.
- To transfer multiple files faster, create a ZIP archive of your files, then transfer the ZIP archive.

on our PC-based file server.
Using Fetch or FIRE FTP or other FTP utility, use the account information below in order to upload files to our server.
HOST: ftp.big3d.com
USER ID: anonymous
PASSWORD: (your E-mail address)
DIRECTORY: /incoming
Remember to select binary mode, NOT text.

GENERAL NOTES |
The speed of the transfer will depend on the speed of your modem and bandwidth.
Do NOT E-mail files! Graphics files that are over 2 Meg in size do not E-mail well. FTPing your file will preserve the
integrity of your file.
For security reasons, you will not be able to see any files that have been uploaded to our site. Similarly, after you refresh
your screen, you will not be able to see your file on our site. (You can see it transfer, and then see it prior to refreshing
your screen.) Feel free to
call us, or E-mail for confirmation of transfer.
